The gun was the major undertaking with this cosplay, just because of its sheer size and detail. I put up a mini tutorial here if you want to know how I made it.

The costume itself was fairly simple. I made my hairclip out of fimo and then painted it white with acrylic before drawing the face on in permanent marker. The chopsticks were just some chopsticks I bought, sanded down and spray painted yellow. The boots were heavily modded from a pair of cowboy boots. The heels needed to be painted white before red since the heels were a wooden colour. The zip shape was cut out and a funky foam zip stuck on. The belt was made out of white leatherette and I put the studs into it, the buckle out of craft foam and plasticard. The gloves have funky foam under them to give them the shape then the yellow 'studs' were sewn on. The bikini was made out of leatherette with the flames stuck on out of read leatherette. The gloves were also leatherette with the studs sewn onto a pieces of craft foam wrapped in leatherette for the gauntlets. The shorts were stretch vinyl.

So far my most challenging costume prop wise! it was definitely fun to wear though, especially with Mark dressed as Kamina. Gurren Lagann has become one of my all time favourite shows, up there with Outlaw Star!
